最近這段時間一直在加班，也就沒有注意保養自己的皮膚，今天早上照鏡子的時候，發現自己的皮膚特別的不好，我都不知道該怎麼辦好，我就給朋友阿麗打了一個電話，講了我皮膚的事情，阿麗聽了之后就讓我下班之后跟她一塊去做油壓，我就問阿麗做油壓效果真有那么好嗎？阿麗就告訴我說她經常去做的，效果挺不錯的，我要是不相信的話，可以去試一下，聽到阿麗那樣講我，我也就答應了下午下班之后跟她一塊去做油壓的事情。

我的牙齒長得不是很好，以前還不覺得，但是現在感覺實在是很影響形象。但是現在我已經錯過了矯正的最佳時期了，已經不能做了。朋友跟我說可以做全瓷牙冠，把長得不好的牙齒磨小，然後做一個全瓷牙冠，這樣就能達到很好的效果。現在很多人都在做全瓷牙冠，這個屬於一種牙齒整形。不過我的牙齒很多都是歪的，做下來應該需要不少的錢，現在好一點的全瓷牙冠還是比較貴的。朋友說可以等做活動的時候去做，這樣比較划算一點，我決定現在開始每天都關注。

這幾天可能是因為天氣熱的原因吧，昨天晚上洗完澡發現自己的 皮膚特別的干，雖然我敷面膜可是還是覺得夠好的，這段時間剛好公司的事情有點忙的，都好久沒有去過台北spa了，以前不忙的時候我經常還會去台北spa做個護理什麽的，還不覺得自己的皮膚會這樣的。想想要是忙完公司的這個項目，我是應該去好好的給自己做個護理了，像我這樣的中年婦女就是應該很好的保護自己的皮膚才是，所以我想這幾天我找幾會必須得去台北spa給自己做一個全面的護理了。
