看到我媽媽又買這麼多的芋頭酥就頭痛，全家人除了我弟弟之外都沒有人吃芋頭酥的，可是我媽最疼我弟，所以經常買一大堆的芋頭酥回來，搞的冰箱都沒有地方了，而且一打開都是芋頭酥的味道。不過這次好像是在隔壁的街道上買的，那家新開了一家店，好像還挺受歡迎的，看來我媽媽知道之後就去買了一些芋頭酥。聽說那家店的東西都很美味，於是我就嘗了一點，果然很好吃呢，不過為了保持身材我平時吃甜點都不會吃很多，我想等弟弟回來一定很高興吧。

一想到明天要去看牙科我就頭痛，因為我最怕去醫院了，可是沒辦法，我現在的情況，不過去做植牙肯定不行，我之前看過植牙推薦所以選的這家醫院算是很不錯的，不過我老媽這個人不管做什麽事情都很謹慎，所以非要跟我一起去。我都這麼大了一個人了，去看個牙科還帶著老媽，太丟人了，所以非常堅定的拒絕了他的要求，後來給他看了一下植牙推薦，他也覺得我去的那家醫院還不算，而且植牙也不算什麽大手術之類的，於是就同意我一個人去了。

我媽媽非常喜歡吃甜點，明天剛好就是她過生日了，我想著去彌月蛋糕店里給她買個生日蛋糕，我是彌月蛋糕的老顧客了，彌月蛋糕在我們當地都是很有名的里面的蛋糕各類非常多，而且他們家的蛋糕每天都是現買現烘烤的，非常新鮮，口感很好，我買了自己和媽媽非常喜歡吃的核桃松蘇和紅豆餅，看到剛剛出爐的肉松麵包也非常新鮮，心想著今天家里面的人肯定也非常的多就多買一些拿回去和新朋好友們一起品嘗品嘗。

上一周好朋友結婚，我專門不遠萬里的去參加了她的婚禮，不過我覺的是值得的，因為自己最好的朋友結婚了，也從心底為她高興。他們的婚禮也辦的很不錯，還有婚禮樂團為婚禮伴奏，別說新娘新郎了，也我都被感動了。朋友說老公很疼她，婚禮樂團也是她老公提出來的，因為想要辦一個很隆重的，讓人難忘的婚禮。為此花多一點錢也沒關係。為挑選婚禮樂團她老公也是費了很多的心思，她都看在心裡，真是覺得很欣慰。我也從心底為她高興，能夠遇到一個這麼好的人。

說到減肥啊我當初就是喝啤酒喝的多，每天都會喝上幾瓶，結果啤酒肚出來了，身上還有很多的肉，整個人看起來胖了很多，每天堅持跑步都減不下來，後來朋友介紹我一種減肥方法非常的有效現在我終於減了下來，然而現在剛談的女朋友也是顯得微胖，然後她就每天把減肥挂在嘴邊，總是不吃飯的進行減肥，吃的到就那麽一小口，要不還是零食，真的很心疼她，我告訴她，朋友給我的減肥方法，這段時間女朋友給我說是自己好像也減下來一點了，非常的開心。

我喜歡喝酒，尤其是啤酒，因為以前在夜場工作過，可謂是喝酒都上癮了，過個一兩天不喝幾口就覺得不自在，啤酒肚子也有，而且身體各部位都很有肉感，特胖的那種，朋友介紹了很多次對象，很多次就很失敗，我也很自卑，不再喝酒，可是這胖乎乎的身體確減不下來，前兩天一哥們讓我請他吃飯，理由是她有了讓我減肥的辦法，他說的是埋線減重，之前沒聽說過埋線減重，現在聽他說很安全，這不我接受埋線減重才幾天啊，體重就有一點變化了，也沒有感到任何的不良反應，這頓飯啊我看是逃不過去了，他說的辦法很有效果，真的希望埋線減重能還我標準的身體，好讓我早點找到女朋友。
